Veggie Ranch Bread

  • Crescent Rolls (We like Pillsbury)
  • 1/2 Cup
    cream cheese (we like vegan cream cheese)
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Ranch Dressing MIX (We like Hidden Valley in the packet)
  • 1 Cup
    Shredded carrots
  • 1 Cup
    Chopped celery


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. On a well greased cookie sheet or glass baking pan, spread out the two crescent rolls, filling in the perforation marks.

  3. Bake the crescent rolls for 15 minutes or until brown. Let cool

  4. While the bread is cooling, chop up the celery into small bits.

  5. Mix the ranch dressing mix and the cream cheese together.

  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on top.

  7. Put the carrots and celery on top (you may wish to add cucumbers or other vegetables). The cream cheese acts as a glue to keep the veggies on top.

  8. Chill until you are ready to serve.

    Look delicious, will have to try it. . Enjoy your blog very much. Having a hard time trying to remove family pictures from our bedroom, but I’m working on it.- we’ll get there. Thank you

      Just do what makes you happy as far as the pictures go!
